On International Women’s Day (March 8th) this year, Vesterålen organized its traditional ‘feel good’ day for women. The theme this year was even more focused on the different stages of women’s lives. There were lectures by scientific health experts, and everyone got to try chair yoga and lymph yoga. There was mingling, toasting in bubbly, new acquaintances were made and the premises at Riverton in Gothenburg were filled with laughter. Finally, all the women got a lovely and packed goodie bag with lots of nice products to take home. And in these were products from, among others, Doftrum and Yankee Candle. Thank you Vesterålen and Emma Paskovski for organizing such a great event and thank you for allowing us to sponsor.
On March 1, 2025, Acreto AB took over the distribution of Panasonic Tools in Sweden and Norway. Panasonic Tools is globally recognized for its advanced, ergonomic and technically innovative hand tools for professional use in crafts and industry. With its focus on durability, precision and ease of use, Panasonic Tools is a natural complement to Acreto’s existing product portfolio. The collaboration means that Acreto can now offer its customers in Sweden and Norway products that meet the highest standards in craft and industry.

Joining Acreto in the takeover is Product and Sales Manager Anders Sebelius, who with his long experience and deep expertise in Panasonic Tools will continue his work as responsible for the brand in Sweden and Norway.

Acreto’s expansion of its product range through the partnership with Panasonic Tools underlines the company’s capacity for strong growth in both the Nordic region and possibly Northern Europe. The company has a growth plan that has now begun with the new partnership with Panasonic Tools. Some of Panasonic Tools’ products are aimed at the heavier industrial side, which means that Acreto – which previously focused mainly on consumer products – is now taking a step into a new business segment with new opportunities for growth as a result.
