Spring meeting with the whole gang

What a great day at the office! 🌸🎉

The whole gang gathered last week for a fun and fast-paced Game Show, where the competitive spirit was really put to the test – with many laughs along the way! We also took the opportunity to enjoy a really good spring buffet together.
It was especially fun to welcome some new faces who have just started with us – so fun to have you here! 👋✨

Occasions like this remind us how important it is to take time for fellowship, laughter and to celebrate both big and small things together. 🙌

POWERLUNCH with 100 women

Last Friday, the women’s network Sharp Women organized a power lunch with 100 women at the Elite Park Avenue Hotel. The theme of the day was kindness – and we talked about the importance and strength of lifting each other up. We also had the opportunity to talk a little about one of our brands: WoodWick through Melissa who was there. Of course, we also raffled off some scented candles to a bunch of happy winners.

MUST-Do Day on International Women’s Day

On International Women’s Day (March 8th) this year, Vesterålen organized its traditional ‘feel good’ day for women. The theme this year was even more focused on the different stages of women’s lives. There were lectures by scientific health experts, and everyone got to try chair yoga and lymph yoga. There was mingling, toasting in bubbly, new acquaintances were made and the premises at Riverton in Gothenburg were filled with laughter. Finally, all the women got a lovely and packed goodie bag with lots of nice products to take home. And in these were products from, among others, Doftrum and Yankee Candle. Thank you Vesterålen and Emma Paskovski for organizing such a great event and thank you for allowing us to sponsor.

Acreto AB appointed as new Nordic distributor for Panasonic Tools

On March 1, 2025, Acreto AB took over the distribution of Panasonic Tools in Sweden and Norway. Panasonic Tools is globally recognized for its advanced, ergonomic and technically innovative hand tools for professional use in crafts and industry. With its focus on durability, precision and ease of use, Panasonic Tools is a natural complement to Acreto’s existing product portfolio. The collaboration means that Acreto can now offer its customers in Sweden and Norway products that meet the highest standards in craft and industry.

Joining Acreto in the takeover is Product and Sales Manager Anders Sebelius, who with his long experience and deep expertise in Panasonic Tools will continue his work as responsible for the brand in Sweden and Norway.

Some of Panasonic Tools’ products are aimed at the heavier industrial side, which means that Acreto – which previously focused mainly on consumer products – is now taking a step into a new business segment with new opportunities for growth as a result.

The Mester Group Fair

Last week we attended Mestergruppen’s supplier fair at Scandinavian XPO in Arlandastad. Many brands were showcased and new contacts were made. Mestergruppen Sverige AB is an association of independent entrepreneurs in collaboration that includes the chains XL-BYGG, BOLIST, Happy Homes, Colorama and Mal Proff Sverige.
